Hi Tracy,

I just wanted to let you know that Tom Trocino and Dennis were exceptional in getting this project complete. We were under tight time constraints imposed by closing on our house sale. Tom responded immediately by cell phone, was on site within a couple of days, and immediately follow up with an estimate. His responsiveness and the ability to commit to a rapid installation time frame resulted in our selection of Hansen Architectural Systems for the project – he made it easy. It may seem like a small thing, but Tom always answered his cell phone. I can’t tell you how much his availability put my mind at ease that the project was going to get done right and on time. Tom’s ability to mobilized Dennis from Portland allowed the project to get done before the promised schedule! The project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and looks great! Dennis does excellent work and a nice guy to have on site for a few days.

Hello Randy,

I started my cable railing installation last Saturday. It was a bit of a slow start while I was familiarizing myself with everything, but once you get it figured out, it goes together quickly with a professional look. I had no issues with the products whatsoever and was very impressed by the quality and the provided shop drawings. Next year I’ll need to do something about the decking, but with the outside mounted rail system, which was a main draw, it should be a lot easier. Also, the deck space is noticeably bigger as a result of the outside mount, and I would say we have added about 110 Sq. Ft.

I’m definitely a fan. Thank you for all your support, Randy.

I felt compelled to send you an email to let you know how pleased we are with our new cable railing. We first met Tom Trocino at the Seattle Home Show and had him come out to give us an estimate. He even gave us the address to one of his jobs near our house for us to look at. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He understood our specific needs and was very easy to reach any time we had questions (and there were many!) and he always returned my calls.

I have lived in my house for a little over a month now, and everyday I admire the cable railing installation. I particularly want to thank the installer Dennis as well. A very personable individual who worked diligently to get the project completed on time for an open house. Doug put lots of hours in, even coming out to our home twice, to be sure he got everything correct. And Dennis and crew came out, explained what they were going to do and basically how they would do it, then went to work and were very diligent and quiet as they worked. No radios, loud bantering, just two guys focused on their work and ensuring a quality job. You can tell from the pictures that I deviated a little from the plan. While the initial plan was for a shorter railing, I gave into my wife’s request for making it as high as possible. Happy wife, happy life. It has helped us get to our forty-sixth anniversary last July.
Our finished railing height is 41″ which is perfect for leaning on while solving the world’s problems. I love your system. I am getting a ton of compliments on it. Most people don’t even mention the deck but, instead, are quick to say what a great railing I’ve got. Thank you!!!!!!
